What are the payment option details for Online Survey?
Online Survey payment option details
Online Survey's price per month, detailed below, is a flat rate cost per month. There are no limitations to the number of surveys and survey invitation emails you can create each month. You will get a discount if you are also paying for another Constant Contact product or if you pre-pay for 6 or 12 months, but Online Survey can be purchased without any other products.

If you are also paying for Email Marketing or Event Marketing, you will receive the multi-product discount of 33% off Online Survey
If you pre-pay for Online Survey, you can get a pre-payment discount of 10-30%

Note: Deleted responses count toward your monthly response total. The Online Survey free trial response limit is 100* survey responses total.
Months with no responses
If you do not receive any responses during a given month, you will still be charged the monthly fee. By keeping your account active in months when you are not sending surveys, you can continue to use it for contact management, reviewing survey results, creating survey drafts, and collecting poll results.
Not planning to do a survey every month? You can cancel your Online Survey account temporarily after you are done collecting survey results, then reactivate it when you are ready to survey again. When you reactivate your account, you will regain access to your past surveys and contact lists when you reactivate your account. Read more.
This option allows you to pay for Online Survey on a monthly basis. You don't have to do anything - your credit card is charged automatically each month, based on the number of survey (not poll) responses in your Constant Contact account. Learn more.
- 6 months to get a 10% discount (20% discount for non-profits who provide paperwork)
- 12 months to get a 15% discount (30% discount for non-profits who provide paperwork)
We will notify you by email when your pre-payment balance is running low. To continue realizing the discount, you must add additional pre-payment funds to your account:
- Click on the My Account link in the upper right hand corner of your screen
- Click the "Manage my Payment Plan" link
- Select the 10% or 15% Prepay option (unless you are a documented non-profit and receive 20-30% discount)
- Click Next and follow the instructions to submit your prepayment order
When your remaining prepaid balance is insufficient to pay the anticipated charges for the following billing period, your account automatically converts to a monthly payment plan. No refunds may be offered.
MyLibrary Plus is available for an additional fee per month and enables you to store up to 50MB of images and documents in your Constant Contact account and access the Stock Image Gallery. Read more about MyLibrary Plus.
End Account and Account Reactivation Fee
You can cancel your Survey account with Constant Contact at any time. However, there are no refunds. If the account is reactivated within 90 days of cancellation, all of the data that was in your account when you cancelled becomes available again.
