Allow Only Constant Contact Pop-ups

If you are unable to view pop-ups, a pop-up blocker may have been installed on your computer.

In order to use Constant Contact, you must allow pop-ups. Some software allows you to specify sites from which pop-ups are allowed, while others have global settings. For more information, please choose the appropriate item in the following list:

Google Toolbar

  1. Go to Constant Contact and click the black drop-down arrow to the right of the pop-up blocking button in the Toolbar.
  2. Select "Always allow pop-ups from".
  3. You can now view pop-ups in Constant Contact.

Note: If you are still unable to view pop-ups (Windows only), press the Ctrl key while left-clicking on the button that is not responding within your account. This will bypass any pop-up blockers in your browser. See Google support for more information.

Other pop-up blockers

For other pop-up blockers, we recommend either (i) setting an option that blocks only unrequested pop-ups, or (ii) setting an option that blocks all pop-ups but allows for some web sites to be specified as exceptions, and including in your list of exceptions. The Help for your blocking software should tell you how to do this. If the firewall or security software covers a network, not just your own computer, then you should consult your Network Administrator.

  • To learn more out about how to set up your web browser settings, read this FAQ.
  • Another possible reason for the Constant Contact site not working is that your firewall does not allow any JavaScript commands to be passed (JavaScript is used to create pop-up windows). If this is the case, then you will need to ask your Network Administrator to enable JavaScript for
